We offer traditional Basque cuisine, featuring seasonal fish, vegetables, and meat sourced daily from trusted suppliers at the local markets in San Sebastián.
To personalise your menu and ensure you fully enjoy the experience, it’s important to let us know of any allergies, intolerances, or foods you dislike at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made via email to reservas@egosari.com, within our 24-hour cancellation window.
Groups of 8 or more guests must agree on a set menu in advance. If a booking is cancelled or modified after the deadline, we reserve the right to charge a €25 penalty per person. Likewise, in the case of a no-show, the same fee will apply.
Our menu is based on fish, shellfish, and seasonal vegetables
Due to the nature of our menu, we kindly ask that you notify us of any allergies or intolerances at least 48 hours in advance.
Please note that we do not recommend bookings for guests with severe allergies, as our small kitchen cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces or cross-contamination
