We serve traditional Basque cuisine prepared with seasonal fish, vegetables, and meats, which we purchase daily from our trusted suppliers in the markets of San Sebastián. To personalize your menu and ensure the best experience, please let us know about any allergies, intolerances, or ingredients you dislike when making your reservation.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION AT BAR-RESTAURANT EGOSARI?

You can make a reservation through our website at www.egosari.com in the reservations section by following the instructions. If your preferred date is unavailable, you may sign up for the waiting list. For special occasions, feel free to email us at reservas@egosari.com.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM BAR-RESTAURANT EGOSARI AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION?

You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation is completed. If you do not receive it, please contact us at reservas@egosari.com.

WHAT IS THE RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be made via email to reservas@egosari.com if within the 24-hour cancellation policy period.

Groups of 8 or more must arrange a set menu.

If you modify or cancel your reservation after the deadline, we reserve the right to charge a €25 penalty per person.

If you do not show up for your reservation, we also reserve the right to charge a €25 fee per person.

HOW CAN I MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION?

For group reservations, please contact us at reservas@egosari.com. We will provide all necessary information and check availability.

WHAT ARE BAR IBAI’S OPENING HOURS?

Our restaurant is open FRIDAY TO MONDAY for lunch from 12:30 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:30 to 22:00. The Pintxos Bar is open from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00.

WHERE IS EGOSARI LOCATED?

EGOSARI is located at FERMÍN CALBETÓN 15. We do not have private parking, but there is a public parking lot just 100 meters away: Parking del Bulevar.

WHAT IF A GUEST HAS AN ALLERGY OR INTOLERANCE?

Our menu is made with fresh, seasonal products. It is essential to inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee we can adapt our menu. Please contact us at reservas@egosari.com

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We do not have a dress code. For us, the most important thing is that guests enjoy our dishes.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

We kindly ask our guests to be punctual to ensure the best experience. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At EGOSARI, we accept credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept cash (euros).

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE RESTAURANT?

Children are more than welcome at EGOSARI. We offer children’s options in addition to our regular menu. Please let us know when booking. Highchairs are available.
